How I can help...

Heartfelt Therapy works in partnership with schools, charities, family centres, care homes and retirement communities to provide gentle, creative emotional support for those who find it difficult to talk about how they feel.

Through Drawing & Talking Therapy, I offer a calm, structured and respectful approach that complements existing wellbeing, pastoral and care provision — supporting individuals at different stages of life with dignity, consistency and compassion.

I offer reduced partnership rates to help make early emotional support more accessible within community, education and care settings.

Schools and colleges

I work alongside schools and colleges to support children and young people aged 7-19 who may be experiencing emotional distress.

Drawing & Talking Therapy can be particularly helpful for students who find traditional talking therapies overwhelming, are not yet ready for counselling, or are waiting for CAMHS or other specialist services

Sessions are delivered one-to-one, at the same time and place each week, and align fully with safeguarding, SEN and pastoral frameworks. This tier-1 approach can sit alongside existing wellbeing provision and early-help pathways.

Partnership/half-day rates are available for schools and colleges.

Retirement villages

Heartfelt Therapy partners with care homes and retirement villages to support residents who may be experiencing emotional challenges related to: transitions into care; bereavement or loss; declining independence; changes in health or routine.

Creative, one-to-one sessions offer residents a calm, reassuring space to acknowledge feelings with dignity and respect. This approach is not diagnostic or assessment-led, it focuses on presence, emotional safety and gentle expression.

Families are often reassured knowing their loved one has consistent, compassionate emotional support alongside their care.

Partnership rates are available for regular sessions within care settings.

Charities and Family centres

Heartfelt Therapy partners with family centres, Early Help services and community organisations to provide early, preventative Drawing & Talking support for children, young people and families with emerging emotional needs.

This provision complements existing Early Help and community services, increasing access to timely, child-led emotional support and helping reduce escalation to specialist provision.

Reduced partnership rates are available to support accessible delivery within local settings.
